What Our CrossFit Classes Look Like

Each class starts with a comprehensive, coach-led warm-up and movement prep to gear up for the day's strength and conditioning segments. After the warm-up, athletes move into the strength or skill portion, designed to build strength through weightlifting, bodyweight, or skill-focused exercises. Once the strength segment is complete, you'll transition to the workout of the day—a combination of functional fitness movements and high-intensity interval training. To wrap up, the class finishes with accessory work and/or mobility exercises to further enhance your movement patterns.
