Personal Training is great for those with busy schedules, enjoy a one-on-one environment, or want to perfect a skill. With private training you are able to schedule your own time with any of ONE Nation’s professional trainers. Private training is also a great way to develop a personal relationship with a coach to achieve your goals together.

Nutrition Consultations – A great way to dial in your nutrition to compliment your training is with a private session with a coach. Meet and discuss nutrition goals and needs with a coach. Measurements can be taken, such as bodyweight, lean body mass, and body fat percentage. Customized diet plans can also be provided. Each personalized option depends on how much guidance you want along the way.

Private training is available in Needham, Waltham or in your home; and can be scheduled for one hour or thirty minute sessions. Contact us to meet a coach, see the facility, or talk about our programs. If you’re already a member, talk to a coach about your goals to get started!

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at info@crossfitonention.com.  24 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling in order to receive credit for the session.  Failure to cancel within this time frame, or failure to show up for a session, will result in the client being charged for the session, and no future credit issued. There is a no refund policy on all private training.

Tardiness Policy

Athletes are expected to begin their personal training session on time. A late start due to the athlete being tardy does not entitle the individual to a session longer than the scheduled appointment.
