What is the New You Challenge?
The New You Challenge is a 6-week program for individuals looking to make a LIFE CHANGING commitment to their health and fitness.
Who is it For?
The New You Challenge is for those committed to attending class regularly (3 times a week), dialing in their nutrition, and working hard. If you need help achieving your fitness goals and are looking for a program that will deliver meaningful results, this program is for you.
NO prior experience is required to participate.
When Does it Start?
The New You Fitness program will start on Monday 1/29/18 at our facilities in Boston, Needham and Waltham
What are the Details?
The price of the 6 week program is $250. It will include 18 weekday fitness classes + 6 weekend classes over 6 weeks, mobility work, a nutrition packet, and a discussion about your health and fitness goals.
Boston classes will be at 6:30am, 12pm and 5:30pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Needham classes will be at 6:30am, 9:30am, and 5:30pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Waltham classes will be at 6:30a, 8:30am 11am (Masters 50+ only) and 5:30pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Because space is limited and classes will sell out, we cannot hold a spot till the registration form is completed.
