Why do you coach?

Meag began her CrossFit journey a bit different than most as she did not come from an athletic or fitness background. One of her first jobs was a receptionist at a CrossFit gym in 2008, where it took her 3 months to even try her first workout! From that point on she knew she had a passion for fitness as it related to herself and others. She began coaching and achieved her ultimate goal of becoming a member of the CrossFit Headquarters Level One and Two Training Staff, traveling all over the world to share CrossFit with others. She has had experience at several different gyms including Reebok CrossFit ONE, CrossFit Invoke and CrossFit Morristown. She is excited to be settled in Boston as a full time coach at CrossFit ONE Nation as well as a full time student at UMass Boston! She loves the journey people go on when they start CrossFit and loves being a part of it. She feels lucky to be able to help individuals achieve things they never thought were possible. CrossFit changed her life and allows her to see it change other peoples lives everyday–freaking cool!

Favorite Childhood Memory: My Dad used to take me on walks a few nights a week and we would get ice cream cones!
