On Ramp is just the first step in your CrossFit journey.  If you like it, join us month to month going forward!

Setup For Success!

If you are new to CrossFit or want to brush up on the basics, we offer a comprehensive fundamentals program (on-ramp). Once you graduate, you are ready to join regularly scheduled classes!
GETTING STARTED: ON-RAMP!

On-Ramp is your introduction to CrossFit and CrossFit ONE Nation. Here you will learn CrossFit’s foundational movements and graduate with a basic understanding of CrossFit methodology, warming up, working out, and cooling down. We have two options to complete this course – group classes or one-on-one training with a coach at your convenience.

Group On-Ramp

$25/class
  • Who – Everyone!
  • Where & When: Boston, Needham or Waltham on Sundays @ 9am
  • Sessions – 1 hour session.  Coach will assess if further introductory sessions are needed before joining group classes.
  • Group class size limited to 5 people.
  • Must sign up in advance to participate.
  • 24 Hour Cancellation Policy in writing.  See details below.

Private Fitness Consultation

$50/session
  • ONE ON ONE SESSIONS WITH A COACH!
  • Who – Everyone!
  • Where – Boston, Needham or Waltham, depending on preference
  • When – Anytime you want. Schedule arranged with your coach.
  • Sessions – One on One with a coach to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit at your convenience.
  • 24 Hour Cancellation Policy in writing.  See details below.

There are no refunds for Group On Ramps or Private Fitness Consultations after payment is made. Any changes to your scheduled appointment must be made 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will need to pay again for the rescheduled session to continue. Notice must be sent to info@crossfitonenation.com 24 hours prior to your scheduled class to make any changes.
