We train to be generally physically prepared, and we seek to garner a level of fitness readies you for the known and unknown. Simply put, CrossFit will help create the best possible version of you.

Do I Need to Be ‘In-Shape’ for CrossFit?

The CrossFit program is beautiful because it is scalable to an appropriate level for anyone – literally, anyone. At CrossFit ONE Nation, our coaches take tremendous pride in administering a program that is safe, fun, and effective for everyone… no matter their current level of fitness. So, no – come as you are, but be prepared to leave each day a better version of yourself.

Will CrossFit Make Me “Too Muscular”?

This is one of our favorite questions. The short answer is simple – no. The individuals you see doing CrossFit workouts on TV are professional athletes. These athletes train for a living, and they train to be the best in the world. For the vast majority of us mortals, CrossFit will produce a lean frame with a healthy amount of muscle and the ability to do a heck of a lot of work. If you’re training for a sport or need to gain significant muscle, we can get you there too…just depends on your goals!

What’s are the Membership Options?

We offer three types of memberships – Unlimited Access, 3x per Week, and ONE-X. As an unlimited member, you can come as many times per month as you wish, and you have access to all classes. As a 3x per week member, you can come up to 12 times per month, and you have access to all classes. As a ONE-X member, you can come to as many ONE-X classes as you wish, but you will not have access to other classes (CrossFit, etc). The membership you choose is unique to your goals and availability!

What’s the Best Way to Learn More?

You have to experience it! At CrossFit ONE Nation, we offer trial workouts, on-ramps for new members, and drop-ins for experienced athletes.
