20/14-lb. Medicine-ball Clean Ladder, increasing by 3 reps per round

20/14-lb. Wall-ball shot Ladder, increasing by 2 reps per round

For the medicine-ball clean ladder pattern, perform three reps the first minute, six reps the second minute, nine reps the third minute, continuing as long as you are able. For the wall-ball shot ladder pattern, perform two reps the first minute, four reps the second minute, six reps the third minute, continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.
