Why do you coach?
In 6th grade, I had my first workout with my dad in our apartment complex’s gym. He didn’t ask me if I wanted to go – I asked to tag along. I loved it. Throughout high school and college, my passion for fitness and athletics grew. Now, I want to share that enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge with others who want to learn about fitness. I especially love it when I see people leave their comfort zones behind, knowing firsthand how hard that can be. I coach to show people their own potential. I believe that people have the ability to achieve amazing feats when they can honestly and humbly acknowledge their fears. By attempting to break down personal walls and barriers in the gym, a person can apply that mentality to all aspects of their life, not just fitness and health.
