What is the 4 Weeks to Fitness Challenge?

The 4 Weeks to Fitness Challenge is a program for individuals looking to make a LIFE CHANGING commitment to their health and fitness.

Who is it For?

The 4 Weeks to Fitness Challenge is for those committed to attending class regularly (at least 3 times a week), dialing in their nutrition, and working hard. If you need help achieving your fitness goals and are looking for a program that will deliver meaningful results, this program is for you.

NO prior experience is required to participate.

When Does it Start?

Our 4 Weeks to Fitness program STARTS EVERY SUNDAY AT 8:30AM or EVERY THURSDAY AT 5:30PM at our facilities in BostonNeedham and Waltham.  

After your introductory Sunday class, you can choose regular class times that work best for you for the remainder of the program.


What are the Details?

The special price of the 4 week program is $165. It includes UNLIMITED FITNESS CLASSES OVER 4 WEEKS, mobility work, a nutrition packet, and a consultation about your health and fitness goals.


Because space is limited, we cannot hold a spot until your registration form is completed.
