Attention all ONE Nation gyms! We have the chance to make a difference and participate in an incredible event for an incredible foundation. The details are below for anyone unsure if they are able to participate or not. There is no other event like this that will not only be a memorable experience for our community to do together, but all the proceeds will go to the Navy Seal Foundation – A Foundation that provides immediate and ongoing support and assistance to the Naval Special Warfare community and its families.

CrossFit One Nation will be hosting a unique fundraising event this Memorial Weekend (May 27th and 28th) to honor our Nation’s heroes and to raise money to support veterans and their families.  Please join us in celebrating and honoring the lives of 24 Navy SEALs who gave their lives in the line of duty. From 10:00 am on Sunday to 9:00 am on Monday we will be completing 24 SEAL Hero workouts. Over the course of 24 hours, teams of athletes will be completing one WOD at the top of each hour.  This event will be open to all boxes and all proceeds raised will be donated to the Navy Seal Foundation.

How do I register?
Register as an individual here: https://www.crowdrise.com/o/en/campaign/one-nation1
Then join the ONE Nation Team!

Can I donate if I am not participating?
Yes – to our ONE Nation Page or someone else’s individual page you know participating

Who can participate?
All abilities of all levels and go to one of our three ONE Nation locations. Please feel free to bring friends to join – as long as they have some CrossFit experience!

Is it coached?
Coaches and staff will be around all 24 hours to guide you through choosing the best option for you and your team regarding scales and anything else you need to participate!

Do we have to do all the workouts?
No! You are not by any means required to participate in all 24 workouts. You can do some in the morning, go home, and come back again if you want! Or just do the ones really late at night 🙂

Do we do them individually?
No. This is set up to allow you to do multiple workouts with teams of TWO or THREE.

Do we have to register our team?
No. All you have to do is show up, hang out, and see or plan who wants to throw down!

Will there be food?
Of course! PPM will be making an appearance as well a Pot Luck style breakfast
